All forms will be available in the West Arena. Look on the HFSA Board.

Orders Due by Tuesday 11/11/08

Orders will NOT be placed unless all money is collected in advance.  Collect all monies, but please submit only checks, made out to HFSA. Please do not turn in cash!

You may drop off order and money to Beth, Claire, Lisa or Connie or at the ice arena. If people listed above are not at the rink just leave order form and money in box in girls locker room.

Orders need to be picked up by the skater/parent who is participating in fundraiser at Cash Wise bakery after 3 pm on Monday, November 24^th!

Please deliver before Thanksgiving!

All profits go into the individual skater fund.
